Out Of Hours Emergency Service | 5:30pm - 9:00am

KMP Solutions operates an Out Of Hours service for our Managed Properties only. 

Any criminal or life threatening incidents must be reported directly to the police or relevant emergency services. 

Please check the table below prior to calling the out of hours service. If the emergency call-out is deemed to have been not warranted, all charges incurred will be forwarded to the tenants.

Emergency Call Outs

  • Serious water leaks where the leakage cannot be contained until the next working day.
  • Damage caused as a result of a break-in which would compromise the security of the property and contents. Instances such as these must always be reported to the police and a crime reference number must be obtained.
  • Lock malfunction (please be aware that if there is no issue found with the lock, incurred costs will be forwarded to the tenants)
  • Serious structural damage
  • If you smell gas, please call the Gas Emergency Services on 0800 111 999

Non Emergency Call Outs

Report During Working Hours Only

  • Normal boiler or central heating issues.
  • Appliance Breakdowns, eg washing machines, ovens etc
  • Locked out of property. This is not a KMP Solutions responsibility. New locks and keys must be obtained by the tenant and spare keys must be sent to the KMP offices
  • Normal wear and tear / Maintenance / Condensation / Damp issues / Condensation / Pests
  • If you are experiencing issues with your water supply, please call your supply company directly
